Please be aware that by booking an appointment, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
The hirer should make themselves aware of all the fire exits and fire regulations. Please meet with the Clerk prior to your event if you are unsure of where to find these (a walk around can be arranged).
You are responsible for the safety and management of your event when the venue is hired out.
For any damage caused, the council expects this to either be replaced, repaired, or paid for.
We do not Hire the hall out now for anything less than 4 hours.
Regular users of Strand Hall still go directly through the clerk.

They charge £75.00 for the first 4 hours regardless of use and £10.00 thereafter.
